The Staff Lottery draw takes place each month on the Monday following NHS Lothian’s payday. If you are a bank staff member, you’ll need to complete a direct debit directly with NHS Lothian Charity, please complete the form here. Ensure your form is submitted at least 10 working days before the 1st of the month to guarantee your entry is processed on time.

A copy of your completed form will be sent to the email address you have provided. Remember to check your junk inbox as well. If you do not receive a copy of your form, please get in touch so we can check that your details have been entered correctly.
