Staff Wellbeing Microgrants
We’ve simplified our funding application process – meaning that you no longer need to know in advance which fund or grant programme you’re applying to for charitable support.
So, if you have previously applied for a charity-funded Staff Wellbeing Microgrant through HR and OD, don’t worry, you can still apply, you just submit your application directly to the Charity now. Simply follow the steps below, and we’ll match your request to the most suitable funding stream.
- Read our guidance notes for completing your application – Reading this fully before making a start on your application will maximise your likelihood of success.
- Submit your application through our online application form – You can’t save the form as you go so make sure you have all the details you need to complete it in one sitting.
- We’ll review your application and see if we can match it to a suitable funding stream.
- You’ll then be notified of the outcome.
Please get in touch if you have any questions – we’re here to help! Contact us by emailing [email protected].

To have one clear route for all charity funding requests, making applying for charity funding easier and more consistent:
- Simpler Overall Process: One single application route for all charity funding requests, making it easier to apply – regardless of the type of project or area of support.
- Less confusion: A clear, central point of contact for all charity funding queries and applications.
- Maximising support: Applications will be reviewed by the charity team who has oversight of all the charitable funds available and can assess if your application might be better supported through an alternative or additional funding source, providing more opportunities to maximise the impact of donations and support more staff.
