Registration Information:
- Registration Fee: £30 (discounted by NHS Lothian Charity)

Additional Information:
- Full-body harnesses and helmets will be provided.
- You will be securely connected to safety cables throughout the climb.
- You will be led by two professional guides for the entire 90-minute experience.
- Minimum age to participate is 10 years old. 10-17 year-olds require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and will be required to complete a non-standard waiver.
- The maximum weight limit for a solo participant is 18 stone 8lbs / 120kg.
- The minimum height is 140cm.

The Kelpies Experience: NHS Lothian Charity Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions below before signing up.
- It is your responsibility to agree, read and comply with all Terms and Conditions and Rules of Participation issued by the event organiser – ZONE EVENTS.
- You agree to pay a non-refundable entry fee as detailed on this website and pledge to raise the corresponding suggested sponsorship for your selected event. We ask participants to raise at least 50% of their target one month before the event. If this is not met, NHS Lothian Charity will discuss this with you and reserve the right to withdraw your place.
- You must ensure that you are medically fit to participate in your chosen event. You take part in your chosen event at your own risk. NHS Lothian Charity will not be held liable for injury, illness or death resulting from participation in an event. We reserve the right to withdraw you from the event if you are not deemed fit to participate.
- Participants, supporters and family members who spectate at events do so entirely at their own risk and NHS Lothian Charity shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their attendance. All transfers to and from the venue are at the participant’s own expense and so are any car parking fees that are incurred on the day.
- The event organisers may need to cancel an event or withdraw a place and then only, your fees will be refunded.
- Any images, video, audio or quotes taken on the event day or at any other occasion relating to your event, may be used by NHS Lothian Charity in any future publicity, advertising, fundraising materials and/or promotion. If you do not wish for your images, video, audio or quotes to be used in this way please contact [email protected]
