Walk at Your Own Pace, In Your Own Time

We know that life is busy and getting those daily miles in might be tricky. That’s why the Walk 100 Miles in June challenge is designed to be flexible and accessible for everyone.

  • Your Pace: Walk as fast or as slow as you like. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a brisk power walk, every mile counts.
  • Your Time: Fit your walks into your daily routine. Walk during your lunch break, in the evenings, or on weekends – whatever suits you best.
  • Your Location: Explore your local parks, scenic trails, or even your own neighbourhood. The choice is yours!
  • Track Your Progress: Use a fitness tracker or app to monitor your miles and stay motivated. Connecting your JustGiving to Strava will also allow people to see your progress.
