Supernova Forth Road Bridge

The iconic Forth Road Bridge will be completely closed for you to walk, jog or run 5K. Celebrate its 60th anniversary with a magical, immersive evening of light and colour, and change thousands of lives for the better.

Due to unprecedented demand, there is a ballot for this event which opened on 1 January 2024.

When you apply, you’ll choose a charity 

You will be asked to select a charity. During the ballot process, please choose NHS Lothian Charity. Every small step helps to create awareness of the work that we do to help change the lives of NHS Lothian patients and staff for the better.

You’ll pay for the event when you apply for the ballot 

Entry fees for the event are taken when you complete your ballot application. The entry fee is £38.50 and includes your transportation to and from the bridge, exclusive Supernova finisher’s items and Supernova head torch. If you are unsuccessful, you will have multiple options about what you would like to do with your entry fee, including receiving a full refund, or joining the waiting list if spaces become available.
