It’s been another busy few months, with staff, patients, volunteers and partners continuing to make the most of our green spaces and helping new projects take root.

Bringing together volunteers, NHS staff, community partners, donors, supporters, and senior health leaders, our showcase offered a chance to see how people’s generosity is transformed into impact, and to reflect on what can be achieved through a shared commitment to making healthcare better, together.

Over the past few months, we’ve been transforming spaces through new commissions, exhibitions and artwork installations, while supporting wellbeing through music, filmmaking and creative participation across NHS Lothian.

Over a coffee, we caught up with John Macaulay MBE, who volunteers for FACE, a cancer fund, part of NHS Lothian Charity.
