We always try and have a lunch together. In the summer we’ll come round here, we usually have deck chairs and we’ll sit here half an hour because that’s usually all we will take – and we’re always open to make sure we listen, if people need a bit of space, they’ll come and say, ‘can we talk about this?’ “
