Haven: Staff Garden
We are very fortunate to have our staff garden that was put into use following the death of one of our colleagues from COVID. It was one of our clinical support workers, Jane Murphy, who’d worked in the department for over twenty years and worked right up until she became unwell and she sadly died. We raised money and it was opened in her memory. And it’s utilised by all the staff which is lovely. It’s just a really nice space to have and – given it’s in the middle of a hospital, it’s pretty peaceful.”
